What can you build with Twilio?

Anything the Twilio APIs support: two-way SMS and MMS, bulk messaging, IVR phone menus, call forwarding and recording, call whisper, voicemail, WhatsApp messaging, Twilio Studio flows, SMS chatbots, OTP verification and video calling, connected to your website, CRM or database.

Should I use Twilio or Plivo?

Twilio has the larger product ecosystem (Studio, Verify, Flex) and extensive documentation; Plivo is often cheaper per message or minute at high volume. I work with both and recommend one based on your volume, destination countries and the features you need.

Can I send bulk SMS from a Google Sheet?

Yes. A script reads names and numbers from your Google Sheet, sends personalized messages through Twilio, and can write delivery status and replies back into the sheet. For US recipients the sending number must first be registered for A2P 10DLC.

Do I need A2P 10DLC registration to send SMS with Twilio?

Yes, if you send texts to US numbers from a regular 10-digit (+1) number. Twilio blocks messages from unregistered 10DLC numbers to the US and returns error 30034, so the brand and campaign must be approved before you send.

Can you fix or extend an existing Twilio setup?

Yes. I regularly debug and extend existing Twilio projects, such as failing webhooks, broken IVR flows, delivery errors and Studio flows that need new branches, without rebuilding what already works.
