A2P 10DLC
Registration & Compliance

Stop getting your critical business SMS traffic blocked by strict US Carrier filters. I provide end-to-end Brand Registration, Campaign vetting, and Trust Score optimization.

What A2P 10DLC registration includes

I register your brand and campaign with The Campaign Registry through your Twilio account: verifying your legal business details, writing the campaign description and sample messages, and fixing the website, privacy policy and opt-in form that reviewers check. If a campaign is rejected, I correct it and resubmit the same campaign so you don't pay the vetting fee twice.

The Carrier Firewall Problem

Major US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) now aggressively block Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging that originates from unregistered 10-Digit Long Codes (10DLC). If you are sending automated messages without an approved Trust Campaign, your delivery rate will drop to zero.

My Solution: I handle the grueling TCR (The Campaign Registry) bureaucracy. I structure your opt-in methodologies, submit compliant privacy policies, and configure your messaging infrastructure to guarantee maximum Tier throughput.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you need from me to register A2P 10DLC?

Your legal business name, EIN and address exactly as the IRS has them, your website, a contact person, a description of the messages you send and how customers opt in, and access to your Twilio account.

My A2P 10DLC campaign was rejected. Can you fix it?

Yes. Send me the rejection error code from the Twilio Console (for example 30909, 30896 or 30886). I fix the opt-in description, website, privacy policy or sample messages it points to and resubmit the same campaign.

How long does A2P 10DLC approval take?

Review times depend on carrier queues. Twilio's guidance ranges from several business days to two to three weeks for Standard and Low-Volume Standard brands. A complete first submission avoids the extra wait that a rejection causes.

Why do my Twilio messages fail with error 30034?

Error 30034 means the message was sent to a US number from a 10DLC number that isn't linked to an approved A2P 10DLC campaign. Register the brand and campaign, then add the number to the Messaging Service attached to the approved campaign.

Do sole proprietors need to register for A2P 10DLC?

Yes. Individuals without an EIN register as a Sole Proprietor brand, which allows one campaign and roughly 1,000 SMS segments per day to T-Mobile customers.
