TwiCell ("the app") is a communication tool that lets a business user place calls, send SMS/WhatsApp messages, and manage leads through their own connected Twilio account. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and how you can request it be deleted.
Account information — when you create an account: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password).
Lead / contact information — names, phone numbers, email addresses, company names, and notes that you enter about your own business contacts.
Communications data — the content and metadata of calls and messages (SMS/WhatsApp) sent or received through the app, including call duration and timestamps. We do not record or store call audio.
Twilio account credentials — your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token, which you provide so the app can make calls and send messages on your behalf through your own Twilio account.
Device and permission data — a push-notification token (to deliver call/message alerts), and, only while actively making or receiving a call, microphone access and phone-state information (to manage audio routing and avoid conflicts with native phone calls). Audio is transmitted in real time for the call itself and is not recorded or stored by the app.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

We do not share your data with any other third party, and we do not use analytics or advertising SDKs in this app.
Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing (bcrypt) and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Sessions are authenticated using signed tokens.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (leads, messages, and Twilio settings) at any time:
Deletion is immediate and permanent and cannot be undone.
TwiCell is a business tool not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised effective date.
